Frozen Lemon:

A great way to zest up a piece of fish, chicken or even a glass of water is a frozen lemon cube. I love buying lots of lemons from the store and inorder to prevent them from going bad I squeeze them all at once and divide the juice in an ice cube tin and freeze. This portions out the juice, helps it last longer, and makes things easier.
